The AI models provided (such as Gemma) are experimental and can produce inaccurate, offensive, or biased content. The developers of Lokova are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the use of the app or reliance on its generated outputs. Use the AI features at your own risk. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any harmful uses of the application by the user, as explicitly advised in Section 2 (Acceptable Use).

4. Open Source and Third-Party Software

This application utilizes open-source AI models (e.g., Gemma 4) and software libraries (e.g., llama.cpp). These components are governed by their respective licenses, which can be viewed in the "Open Source Licenses" section inside the app.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and our privacy policy at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
